  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped chronologically. Thank you for your patience.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is provided in English to facilitate accurate international logistics verification.

  • Unboxing Record: To protect your rights, please handle the package with care and record a continuous video of the unboxing process to confirm the integrity of your items.

  • Delivery Contact: Couriers will contact you via SMS or phone prior to delivery. Please stay alert for messages or calls from unknown numbers. Should a second delivery attempt be necessary due to failed contact, any additional shipping fees will be borne by the recipient.

  • Order Tracking: Feel free to contact us directly if you wish to track your delivery status after your order is placed.

【International Returns & Exchanges】 All international orders are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or a cooling-off period. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Quality Assurance: To ensure a premium shopping experience, all international orders undergo a secondary quality inspection before shipment.

  • Unauthorized Returns: SHARECO will refuse any unauthorized returns sent via "Cash on Delivery" (COD). The sender will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and related fees.

【Estimated Delivery Time】Orders are dispatched in the order they are received. Direct Home Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days (excluding weekends).

【Invoice Information】In accordance with Taiwan’s tax regulations, we do not issue Uniform Invoices for international customers. (Per tax law: Goods or services exported directly to buyers outside of Taiwan are exempt from Uniform Invoices.)
